当前在设置中“自定义接口”打开后，所有设置”自定义接口“模型的对话都会按该配置做出请求，希望能给单个对话添加一个开关，这个开关决定是使用设置中的”自定义接口“配置还是 使用系统中默认的配置。

这个配置是基于单个对话的， 这个开关可以默认和设置”自定义接口“开关状态一致， 但可以主动关闭，关闭时使用系统配置。
