Depends on #10 #13

A full test suite should be included for the updated rpc-wrapper interface. At a minimum each test must include:

  • A successful calling case
  • An example of each possible failure case with the expected errors

These are integration tests that require a running Substrate node to run. See #14

Note the completion criteria uses the updated interface definition from #13
