Builder:
	Cathedral Builder is to be split up into two projects, builder-runtime and builder-tools, to allow for a simpler and small files.
	Inbox:
        New items come here before being sorted into a better place if not closed quickly
		- Relationships: Replace the gather{Table} function with just {table} function @entity @builder
        - Relationships: In One to Many relations give the One a function to create a Many @entity @builder
    Builder Runtime:
        The base classes for builder that are safe for production machines. Mostly just abstract classes and traits that handle all the common stuff.
    Builder Tools:
        The parts of build that you don't want on a production box and that are only requiered durring development. This is the part of builder that analyses your db creates your files.
