Suggestion: Add notes for players

It would be helpful to leave a note about a specific player and save it as a discussion. Other admins would be able to view previous notes on this player and create new ones to document the players interactions on the server. It could live in the player profile above or below the Global Bans section where there is currently a large white area. The notes would persist forever on the players profile on that particular server.

An example would be "spotted this player possibly dupping" with a screenshot of the relevant details and another admin could collaborate within CSMM portal. Currently, this is all handled in Discord but having the ability to link things and add directly to the individual players profile would be very helpful, especially if there were to be a new admin to the team or you have a tough time keeping track as a solo admin.
