Modernize the chat window to make a uniform experience, keep style to reflect vanilla DayZ UI/UX as much as possible. Window will include scrollable history, moderation tools, and client tools for muting/blocking and direct messages.

Chat line representation:
[{timestamp:white}]({channel:channelColor}) {Username:channelColor}: {message:white}
