[BUG] Many ESRI Feature Server layers can't display or fail to load

Current Behavior

I've tested many ESRI Feature Server layer in GeoView and many can't load or display.

Some do load, but nothing shows on the map and other simply fails to load.

Examples of UUIDs that load but do not display:

• f49dde59-1c64-4824-a5e1-8d49b0b0038e (AB)
• 71b19b67-6f62-46f9-aac8-f52bc6e66c8e (AB)
• 988a8b95-fa49-adc8-bbe7-6e69bb26099c (SK)
• ac483db6-0d59-76b5-8348-699eeb81a1c6 (MA)

Note that these can't display any data through the datatable tab.

Examples of UUIDs that fail to load:

• 68286d55-96cb-53db-b34a-bec173108899 (SK)
• a4ec4fdb-1fea-8c2e-cd17-acf777439f1f (SK)
• f061b5e6-6b5d-d417-18b2-d40b8e8cb889 (MA)

Interesting to note that most of these layers comes from provincial sources (Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba). As you can see, I've put their name besides each dataset.

Other relevant info: not all feature server layers from these provinces experience issues in GeoView. Many do load and behave properly.
