Did the old API go down ?

Describe the bug
We noticed the other day that our integration testing was failing. Closer inspection the FGP api url we were using no longer seemed to returning the proper response. I reached out to some NRCan colleagues and was directed to @bo-lu . We had originally been using https://hqdatl0f6d.execute-api.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/dev/geo for about 3 years and just recently our pipeline had stopped working.ssc-sp/datahub-portal#1526

@bo-lu mentioned that https://geocore.api.geo.ca/geo is the correct url to use and graciously submitted a pull request for our code base ssc-sp/datahub-portal#1527

This will fix our issue, but searching github others are using the old url too

Including the original nrcan FSDH project

If its still in use, someone from nrcan should let them know.
