Description

topicCategory is currently unilingual. This field is used in the geo search lambda so it will introduce breaking changes to the Athena schema and code used in the geo lambda.

Proposal:

  1. keep topicCategory as-is for now, while fixing the issue to support multiple topicCategories #27497
  2. introduce new fields topicCategory_en and topicCategory_fr
  3. replace existing code in the geosearch lambda and Athena schema to use the new fields
