Currently, the workflows for processing a single sonar log or batch a directory of sonar logs uses two different scripts:

  • gui_main.py
  • gui_batchDirectory.py

This makes maintenance of the scripts annoying because changes to one script usually need to be made in the other script.

  • Move workflows to a single script
  • Don't store file paths in GUI to avoid inadvertent overwriting project data
