I'd like to make a custom cape design that all users of my modpack will have on by default in the capes+ mod

I've created a fork of your mod, but I don't know how to code java, could I please have some help or a walk through making the mod, with the specifications above? (Of course, players can still change capes.)

The reason I am requesting for this mod is because I would like other users of the capes+ mod to see the cape.
