I found here
https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/cuda-toolkit-release-notes/index.html#cusparse-release-12-4
that cusparse has something called cusparseSpMV_preprocess(). I have no idea what this does, and in which cases it can boost performance. Maybe it can help cuPDLP-C?
