Issues with relationships from baserow sheet

• links to related items need to be parsed as markdown and converted to actual links
• fix blank relationships, may come from stray commas or the like
• titles need to be populated with more than just an id
• roles, stories, teachings are in the wrong fields, and sometimes going into the wrong field
• split on commas (and strip out quotes) rather than parsing as JSON
