Fix prev/next buttons showing up on all items

Previous/next buttons are appearing on every item, not just letters in chains of correspondence.

I think the buttons should only be for items of category: Correspondence (or maybe it's category2: Correspondence/Letter that have other letters in their specific chain of correspondence.

See the following message from Stephanie Browner. Not sure how this would have happened but hopefully there's a simple fix...? See here, here, and here for some examples of what she's talking about ("next letter" and "previous letter" at the top of every "item" page, regardless of whether it's a letter or not).

Happy to consult or do something about it; I'm just not sure what without a bit of guidance.

Kevin and Ken,

I think something has gone haywire. We now have the "previous letter in chain" and "next letter in chain" buttons appearing at the top of many (all?) story, novel, review pages....as far as I've checked.
I think it is new, but maybe I just hadn't noticed it before.
