Acceptance Criteria

• Research ways of using computer vision to match if uploaded file matches an existing template
• Create a document outlining different proposed approaches with accompanying calculated metrics: 1) speed: how long it would take to match file to template, 2) accuracy: how well are we able to do matching
• Write code for calculating metrics above
