Proposal Detail
현재는 간단하게 non-deterministic으로 구현하는 방향이지만 deterministic한 wallet도 고려해 볼만하다고 생각합니다. seed를 어떻게 생성하고 지갑은 어떤식으로 구성할지 생각해보면 좋을 것 같습니다.
