Tests for use of extra dependencies

Problem

There are no tests to make sure extra dependencies remain compatible with CAREamics. Extra dependencies are included under tensorboard, wandb and examples in the pyproject.toml file. This also means dependabot will try to bump pinned dependencies such as protobuf but the CI won't be testing if the new version is compatible, e.g. #345.

Potential solution

A CI with some basic tests for expected use of extra dependencies.
