You can use Baidu Drive to download it currently. We may provide new options in the future.

@dingjiansw101 Hi, we are looking to add automatic dataloading and downloading support for this dataset in the torchgeo library, where I am a maintainer. We could host the dataset for simple and fast downloading on the Huggingface torchgeo site, of course giving proper attribution and citation etc. Let me know whether we can do this to help out and make this dataset more accesible and easier to use.
