[Improvement]: Modifiable Gotfy priority value

What is broken?

Currently, the Gotify notificationconnector is hardcoded to the value of 4.

this.priority = 4;

This can result in thousand of notifications when a long series is added to Tranga.
Allowing to modify this value (either in config file and/or on the website) would allow users to reclassify the notification priority on the fly, while preserving the existing settings for notifications on the user devices.
