SdcardBackupRestore

Backup and restore your sdcard with on linux.

To run the script make it executable (if not)

chmod +x sdCardBackupAndRestore.sh

to run just use

sudo ./sdCardBackupAndRestore.sh

It will prompt for all the things you may need.
