Misère Naughts and crosses

"Misère"[1] is a style of gameplay where the aim is to be the loser according to the official rules.  So Misère Naughts and Crosses is won by forcing your opponent to make a line of 3.

Bots were programmed in teams at BrisFunctional Feb 28 2012 - a ten-minute iteration kept the pressure on. Points were awarded for beating (ie losing to) each other team's bots.  We managed 4 complete iterations, yielding:

DonkeyBacon - 14 points
Team OXO    - 8 points
Latecomers  - 8 points

Really great fun, we'll definitely do something like this again!
