Improve sidepanel button visibility.

Block widgets that have graph data available render a "show graph" tab to the side of the dialog when viewed on medium or large screens. When pressed, a graph slides out to the right of the existing dialog.

Because this button is rendered outside the active dialog, users tend to miss it. Its actual behavior is desirable, but it should have improved visibility.
