Describe the bug
As of now one can't join the development server, even if he is in a server which has the bot. This is an issue if this person wants to elaborate further on a big or feature request. Or even just to support the developers and exchange with the community.

Expected behavior
Have a command that gives out an invite to the development server. There may also be one sent automatically upon bot addition.

This should also have an allow invite setting saved. See #29
