Description

Clicking settings when in settings clears form data

Steps to reproduce

login
click on settings and see form data load
click on settings a second time and watch it disappear

Expected result

Form data should load every time

Actual result

Blank form

Environment

Dev or Production: production
Browser: chrome
Operating System: osx 10.13.4

File contents (if changed):

List the file names of all changed files.
