Previous artists

The artists page should view current artists (artist with artister tag) as it do now.

At the bottom add a separtor hr-tag and then a list of earlier festival artists. Text like "Artister 2019" link to /tag/artister-2019. Paint brush background on the link. Same as on the "Partnere" page.

Maybe have all artists on the page. Current artist on top. Then a separator line and header with "Artister XXXX" and list of that years artists. And so on.

Look into the posibility to lazy load this page.
