photo_view not collapsing with Collapsing Toolbar

adding photo_view inside "Collapsing ToolbarLayout" should behave like ImageView which can collapse the "Collapsing ToolbarLayout" when user drag or swap inside ImageView with no problem ! but I can't do this when I use photo_view

adding ImageView inside "Collapsing ToolbarLayout" can collapse the "Collapsing ToolbarLayout" but when I use photo_view I have to touch outside photo_view area on order to collapse the "Collapsing ToolbarLayout" sound like false layout behavior which prevent "Collapsing ToolbarLayout" from collapsing I have to go out photo_view layout on order to collapse the "Collapsing ToolbarLayout"
