Problem:
Scout squad is unavailable for Deathwatch army in all detachments

Expected:
Only Black Spear Task Force detachment does not allow scout squad

this is updated in the latest errata - the restriction moves up to the faction rule section, so, the unit restrictions apply to all detachments.
