Welcome to the openhexa wiki!

What is OpenHexa?

OpenHexa is an open-source data integration platform developed by Bluesquare.

Its goal is to facilitate data integration workflows, in particular in the context of public health projects.

The major features of OpenHexa are:

  1. A data catalog, where users can explore and search for data
  2. A notebooks environment, consisting in a customized Jupyterhub setup
  3. A pipelines environment, allowing users to automate and run advanced data workflows

Using OpenHexa

Installing and deploying OpenHexa
