BUG: open run never shows stop document after refresh

While exploring #207, found a problematic situation involving a run that is open (no stop document yet). Once that run finishes and the table model is updated (by pressing the filter's refresh button), the stop document of the previously open run is still not reported.

Once the catalog is re-opened, the run is marked with success.
