BUG: No indicator of successful data loading

The message in the status bar is too brief. Users overlook it.

Other indications include some text at the top of the field selection panel (also subtle) and content in the Data & Metadata tabs.

Make it more obvious without becoming a nuisance.

Without blinking the application or showing a modal dialog, it is likely that users will ignore lesser notifications, such as the current information posted to the status bar and the appearance of data in the table.

It's an item for upgrade but the existing notifications are sufficient for now.
