Agree on city name format #18

The city names are in some cases in all caps, in others only the first letter is capitalized.
We should agree on one format and update everything to use that.

I say upper case everything and go plain and use "whatever string".upper()

All caps is fine by me.
While we're at it, I say we remove the underscores from Frankfurt_am_Main.
