NoRetake Version (Servers Competitive/Casual)

Would it be possible to release a version, or even a cvar that controls if you want it only compatible with the Retake plugin?

In this case I would like to use it on my competitive servers (WarMod & PUGSetup) and even on casual servers, but as it's just for retake it doesn't work without the retake plugin.

Anyway, would something like this be possible @B3none?
