MU_DEFINE_ENUM_2, etc. has already been removed out from macro-utils-c #170

MU_DEFINE_ENUM_2 has already been removed out from macro-utils-c . There is ONLY MU_DEFINE_ENUM now.

However, current mqttconst.h is still using MU_DEFINE_ENUM_2.

I can see commit 5926caf of macro-utils-c still has the definition of MU_DEFINE_ENUM_2, etc. Anyway, anybody taking care of this issue???
