Link Azure storage account pdfs in the pages

This is loaded question but any help is greatly appreciated! We are using self hosted version of the portal. We have some pdfs in the storage account. We want the users to access them from the dev portal but only on login! How can we integrate login with url path access? I see that on current site we able to hide the content or sections based on authentication. Can we leverage that functionality and add it to routing as well?
