• Created a comprehensive documentation file autism-detection.md which includes project aim, dataset link, Kaggle notebook, tech stack, project description, workflow, code explanation, trade-offs, screenshots, models used, and conclusion.

Update to Machine Learning Index:

• Added a new section in index.md to include a link to the ASD detection project documentation with an image, title, description, and metadata.
