Context and steps to reproduce

90% of users are currently not getting the view switcher and are using wp-admin as part of #98483

If users go to the posts list (/wp-admin/edit.php) they indeed don't see the view switcher. However if they use one of the filters like "Published", the view switcher appears again. It doesn't work though, due to the redirect.

  1. Opt into the treatment part of the experiment
  2. Go to .wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php
  3. Click Published
