为什么有时候隔一段时间才同步？ #979

如图青色的是未同步的，今天登一下就会出这些账单，但是只有部分前面的同步了，后面部分就没同步了，并且是编辑的样式。

代码修改 `processBillInfo` 函数，当 `billInfoModel.auto` 为真时，
账单状态直接设置为 `Edited`。此前自动账单可能被误设为
`Wait2Edit`，此更改旨在更精确地反映自动处理账单的实际状态。
