Invisible messages bug

Hi, faced the problem that every message sent by any player is invisible in game but visible in console.
Previously there was no problem like this but after i updated server to 1.20.1 i ended with this problem.
In console there are no errors with loading plugin.
What can cause this problem, and is it possible to fix this?
