Specific TV Series in PVR never matches #398

What steps will reproduce the problem?

go to PVR
Search for "Killing Eve"
Find a "Season 4" episode. Select and press 'Auto-record"
close PVR
In main screen, press "Series-link to Queue"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect: The latest "Killing Eve Season 4" episode to be in the queue
Get: nothing in the queue (from Killing Eve).

What version of GiA are you using? On what version of OS X?

GiA 1.23.0 - but this has been a problem in earlier releases
MacOS 12.3.1

Are you using a web proxy? DNS proxy? VPN? VPS?

No.

What program are you attempting to download (full title, series and episode)?

Killing Eve s04e06 (but anything from Killing Eve).

Please provide any additional information below.

To clarify, this episode has not already been downloaded
Episodes match, add to queue and download perfectly fine from main-screen search bar
