Allow to use event input names in configuration #6

Extend #5 to support referring to events by name. E.g.

[ Lever unique_name ]
InputEventCode = <number> | <input-event-name>
RCChannel = <number>

This needs a map string <-> number to be added for all possible Linux Input events.
