Blue LED blinks 10s after disco connection is lost. (could it be less?) #15

To reproduce:

  1. switch on SC2, and Disco. - wait for solid blue LED
  2. switch off Disco
    Observe: about 10s later, the SC2 LED will start flashing.

Could this blinking start sooner? - like 2seconds after?
This could contribute to better situation awareness for the RC pilot. (yet I guess we will mainly fly with GCS that make it perfectly clear.)

Please consider this change if it is trivial.

We would need to change its meaning from "wifi connection" to "flight stack connection".

Yes, that would be a more useful indicator
If it is possible to control the blinking frequency, a fast blink could indicate "no wifi connection" , slow blink could be "no flight stack connection"
