Issue Description

The navbar on the homepage is currently displayed over the screen in a way that negatively affects the overall user experience. It may obscure content or create a confusing layout. This issue needs to be addressed to ensure a clean and user-friendly interface.

Suggested Change

I will Investigate the CSS properties affecting the navbar, including positioning, margin, and z-index values.
Ensure the navbar is responsive and adjusts appropriately based on screen size.

Rationale

When addressing the navbar display issue, it's important to articulate why resolving this problem is beneficial and necessary for the overall user experience and the website's functionality.
