feat: the guard should be able to confirm mac check-in/out #4

The guard will have a list of all the macs
When they are checked-in, a tick appears in the In column (yellow button). The guard confirms the check-in by clicking on the same button which then turns green.
When they are checked-out, a tick appears in the Out column (yellow button). The guard confirms the check-in by clicking on the same button which then turns green.
