TCGA sample name explanation

For analysis purposes, i would like to understand the meaning and abbreviations behind the codes in sample names. Apart from the 4 or 5 first parts that are based on the TCGA project coding, i could not find the meaning of the remaining part such as: "A13U-02_MN_10A-01D-A13U"

Hi, the second part of the sample name refers to the sample which was used as a matched normal during the CNV seeding stage.

Please let me know if there are more questions about the naming, thanks!
