Feature interval bed should include copy number values from AA graph file #15

Otherwise users need to convert the graph to a bed file using https://github.com/AmpliconSuite/AmpliconSuite-pipeline/blob/master/scripts/graph_to_bed.py, and then intersect the two bed files to get one that has the graph's CN data included.
