Should be able to render a cfs/level feet in beta box without a status

Some reaches have a primary gauge but no flowbands. Those should be able to render their flow in the beta box. I think this means displaying a cfs/levelFT without a "Low Runnable" type of badge.

@tallowen I've deployed the front-end part of this but haven't actually done a prod deploy for aw-components so wanted to leave that till you could do it (or confirm process for me)
