"/brb" does not respect permissions settings #55

Hi,

Players do not have the permission - bungeesuite.chat.command.afk
Nor do they have permission - bungeesuite.chat.user

If they type "/afk" then they are denied.
However they can use the aliases "/brb" and "/away" no problem.
