automatic retrival of connections data

I need to retrieve information about the connection density of each brain nuclei projecting to specific target nuclei. It would be nice to do it automatically inside a loop code instead of downloading the CSV connection file for each target area (from the spatial search mouse connectivity atlas). Is it possible to request and download that info in R?
