Describe the issue

Second quest of chapter 2 is to visit ancient city, but "Kill the Warden" quest is required to unlock chapter 2, and to kill the warden, visiting ancient city is required.
This confuses me.

Yeah, the quest wants you to go to an ancient city before killing the Warden I guess.
