What happened?

On occasion when attempting to open doors and trapdoors they glitch and either don't open or half-open until updated by clicking on them several times.
It's quite inconsistent and happens with any type of door/trapdoor I've tried so far and does not show anything in console or the spark profiler.

This is on a dedicated server.

From further playing during these glitches, it seems it might have some tie to ghost blocks. When I was breaking some blocks nearby the affected area, the blocks appeared to stay and still had physical presence until updated by clicking on them.
