[Bug]: Silent Gear Tools getting destroyed

What happened?

Silent Gear Pickaxe keeps being destroyed instead of breaking to 0 durability. I am using an iron pickaxe head, copper tool rod and gold tip. I am mining at bedrock using vein miner large tunnel.

I just encountered this bug in the All The Mods 10 modpack while veinmining using a silent gear pickaxe. Most of the time when veinmining it goes to 0 and "breaks" then just need to be repaired but once (so far) the tool fully broke and disappeared from my inventory.

Had this happen with silent gear as well, so far its 2 paxel's, 2 pickaxes and 1 shovel all were stone with wooden handles and diamond tips.
Just mining stone and dirt as normal then the break sound and they were gone..

Seems to only happen with enchanted tools i think, i haven't seen it happen to just regular tools but after enchanting it seems to happen.
